REFUND POLICY

Dubb is owned and operated by Dubb LLC.

This policy establishes the terms and conditions applicable to refunds related to payments made by users on the Dubb platform, including subscription plans and additional or complementary services (“Add-ons”). By contracting any of our services, the user fully accepts this policy.

  1. NON-REFUNDABLE NATURE OF PAYMENTS

All payments made for subscriptions and Add-ons on Dubb are strictly non-refundable, unless otherwise provided by law or unless Dubb expressly determines otherwise at its sole discretion. This condition applies to both one-time payments and recurring charges made based on the selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).

No refunds, in whole or in part, will be made for unused time within the contracted subscription period, for cancellations requested after automatic renewal, for lack of use of the platform, or for any other reason related to the user's failure to use the service. Likewise, no refunds will be issued in cases where the user forgets to cancel their subscription or Add-on before the corresponding renewal date.

  1. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS AND ADD-ONS

Users may cancel their active subscription plans and Add-ons at any time. Cancellation can be done directly from the Settings > Billing section within the user's account. Once the cancellation has been processed, the plan or Add-on will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no additional charges will apply at the end of that period.

To avoid automatic renewal charges, it is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that cancellation is made before the renewal date of their monthly or annual plan. Dubb is not responsible for late or incorrect cancellations, or for incomplete or unconfirmed requests within the account.

  1. SPECIAL CASES OR BILLING ERRORS

If the user believes that a billing error has occurred, they must contact Dubb's support team as soon as possible through the official channels, and in any case within seven (7) days of the date of the disputed charge. Dubb will review the case and may, on an exceptional and discretionary basis, proceed with a partial or full refund if it is determined that the charge was incorrect and attributable to a platform error. Dubb is not obligated to issue refunds in these cases and each request will be evaluated individually.

  1. CHANGES TO THE REFUND POLICY

Dubb reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be duly published on the website or communicated to users through the usual channels, and will take effect upon publication. Continued use of Dubb's services after the changes take effect will imply acceptance of the new terms.
