We realized that students are inundated with more messages and distractions than ever before. Our faculty and staff were looking to communicate in a more effective way to increase the responses to their messages, to ultimately have more students enroll in our programs.

We decided to use Dubb as our video communication tool because of the functionality, the price, it integrated with the technology we were already using, and everything was set up for us by the Dubb team. With the training provided by Dubb, we began placing personalized video messages into our communications.

As a result of placing Dubb videos into our communications, faculty, and staff have realized better engagement and more responses. The messages we send that contain videos perform better than messages without.
Other parts of the university have begun to take an interest in how to use video as well.
