These terms and conditions apply to your use of the Dubb platform in any of its available versions — mobile app (Android & iOS), desktop app, Chrome extension, and web control panel.
By using the platform you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read carefully before using or purchasing any plan.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Dubb platform, you agree to be fully bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms, you must refrain from using the platform. We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time — modifications are effective upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
By using the platform you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement, that you are not subject to any restriction preventing you from doing so, and that your use will comply with all applicable laws and not infringe third-party rights.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
2. Notifications
By registering and providing your email address, you agree that Dubb may send notifications about service changes, news, and special content. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. Note that opting out may prevent you from receiving important platform updates.
3. Registration & User Account
To use Dubb's features, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and current information. You may register via email/password or through Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn authentication.
Dubb reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or cancel accounts at its sole discretion if your behavior violates these terms, compromises platform security, or negatively affects other users. Each user may maintain only one active account — multiple accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes are not permitted.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Dubb offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By purchasing a plan, you authorize automatic recurring charges on each billing date, including applicable taxes and fees.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are not issued for periods already billed or in progress, unless expressly provided by Dubb.
If a charge cannot be processed, Dubb may suspend account access until payment is resolved.
You may modify or cancel your plan at any time — changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
Dubb may modify rates and plan features with advance notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
5. Add-Ons & Billing
Dubb offers complementary services ("Add-ons") such as custom domains, advanced automations, and specialized tools that can be purchased separately. Purchasing an Add-on authorizes automatic recurring charges through your registered payment method.
Add-ons renew automatically and follow the same cancellation and refund rules as subscription plans — cancellation must be completed before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods unless expressly stated by Dubb.
Dubb reserves the right to modify, replace, or remove Add-ons and update their rates at any time with advance notice.
6. Use of Artificial Intelligence on the Platform
Dubb incorporates AI-powered features to improve productivity, efficiency, and personalization. This section outlines the principles governing their use.
6.1 Disclosure
AI features include the SIA assistant, automated content generation, campaign analysis, task automation, and predictive sales assistance. These are support tools — not substitutes for human judgment.
6.2 Data & Training
Dubb does not use your private content, messages, or videos to train AI models. If that ever changes, explicit informed consent will be required. Opt-out mechanisms will be provided.
6.3 Accuracy & Liability
AI-generated content may contain errors or be unsuitable for all contexts. You assume full responsibility for decisions based on AI output. Exercise independent professional judgment.
6.4 Bias & Fairness
Dubb works to mitigate systematic biases in its AI models through technical measures and review processes, promoting fair and ethically aligned results.
6.5 Human Oversight
AI decisions do not replace human review. Users retain full control over all messages, campaigns, videos, and sales decisions suggested by the platform.
6.6 Intellectual Property
Content you generate using Dubb's AI tools is your property. Dubb retains all rights to the underlying technology, algorithms, and AI systems (including SIA).
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Dubb solely for lawful purposes and in good faith. Any use that compromises the platform's integrity, availability, or security — or that harms other users — is a violation of these terms.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Violations may result in immediate account termination without notice, and may be subject to legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dubb and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or reputation — arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
Dubb assumes no responsibility for data loss, service interruptions, unauthorized access, cyber-attacks, or technical incidents not resulting from proven gross negligence on Dubb's part. Content uploaded or generated by users, and interactions with third parties, are outside Dubb's liability.
In no event shall Dubb's total accumulated liability exceed the amount actually paid by the user to Dubb in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Dubb harmless from any claim, damage, cost, or expense — including legal fees — arising from breach of these terms, misuse of the platform, or infringement of third-party rights.
9. License to Use the Platform
Dubb grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the platform through any of its available versions, solely for the purpose of using the features offered in accordance with these terms.
This license explicitly prohibits:
- Attempting to access unauthorized systems or reverse engineer the platform
- Using automated techniques to interact with the platform in an unauthorized manner
- Engaging in activities that disrupt, overload, or compromise the technical operation of the platform
Dubb reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately, with or without notice, if any breach is detected. The severity and nature of the breach will determine whether prior notice is provided.
