Speaker 0:OK, tell us a little bit about yourself.Speaker 1:Hey, Daria. So my name’s buddies up or to Wando and I am a law firm owner. We focus on business and construction law. We do lots of, you know, general counsel work for our clients, which means we do everything for them basically. And if we can’t do it for them, then we find someone who can.Speaker 0:Very cool.Speaker 0:All right,Speaker 0:so tell us a little bit about your use with Deb.Speaker 1:So I first found out about Dub actually from another attorney, and I thought it was just so cool. How you know you can have that gift for me. That’s everything. Having that live, you know, person moving in, whether it’s an email or news that or however you want to use it because, you know, when you send video to people, either it’s, you know, this huge download that no one wants to deal with, or it’s a link which freaks people out. They think it’s like some kind of virus or fishing scam or something. Um, so I wasn’t really using video before a Zara’s communicating with my clients, and when I started using it, I you know. I used it for everything. I use it for birthday messages. I use it for, um, you know, automation, Ziff, Someone scheduled an appointment with me. They’ll get a video immediately, you know, sent to them. Hey, thank you so much for scheduling an appointment. Here’s what you can expect. This is the paperwork we want you to bring. Here’s how you get to our office. Um, it really just kind of yet, you know, they already know me before they even walk through my door. Um, and I also use it for my case updates when we especially have good news. If you know, I got a great offer from the other side, or if it looks like things might be settling any kind of good news, especially. I love breaking over video. People seem to really like that.Speaker 0:All right, It’s nice. Cool. Very good. VerySpeaker 0:are. What would you say has been the result, Like something noticeable that you’ve picked up from from using video?Speaker 1:Um, well, I mean, I think the biggest thing is, you know, I have a lot of clients who aren’t in Miami,Speaker 1:and it’s just not the same as a phone call. You know, people get a feel for what I look like. What I sound like. My body language. It’s it’s like being there with that person.Speaker 1:I think, you know, it really improves the client experience. Ah, I think that also, um e I did figure out how to use it a little bit in our newsletter when I was working with my old marketing team and I had the idea to throw the live Jeffs in there, and I thinkSpeaker 1:it made the open rate just so much fired, so hard to resist. When you’re looking at a new person likeSpeaker 1:you know, I think you got to click on it and hear what they’re saying. So I think that’s been huge.Speaker 0:Awesome. Awesome. So it’s a better engagement on your e mails and better understanding about a relationship building with your existing clients. Better communication?Speaker 1:Absolutely. And also for networking. You know, prospects, recall sources, all kinds of stuff, anything that you want to make more personal. ReallySpeaker 0:awesome. Awesome. All right, well, thank you for that little testimonial. I’m all right. And I know that you had some things that we were interested in, kind of diving in deeper here. So let’s go ahead and get right into it. I know one of the first things we’re talking about is the mobile. I’ve had a lot of updates coming to the mobile app, and a lot of them that lot have that already been released and more coming. So let’s go ahead and jump into the summit ones we currently have. So we can’t share the phone through this particular platform. But what I can do is share my screen on the computer hereSpeaker 0:andSpeaker 0:take you guys threw a little tutorial video. So whenever you’re on the web site, you can see my street. You’re right.Speaker 1:I can Can I make my screen bigger or No,Speaker 0:I don’t mind a little bit bigger. That might help. Yeah. Also do like this, plusSpeaker 0:my help Just a bit. Okay. So, um, what we can do here is there’s this little lower case I icon in the top right corner, and that is our video tutorial center. So I always recommend popping in there whenever you guys have questions. Was his chances are there’s gonna be a nice video in here that will probably answer most of anything on the platform, there’s gonna be a section. So including that app tutorial. So this one right here, this new app tutorial is gonna go through step by step. Some of that recording functionality doesn’t have everything in there, though yet, So we will have an updated video because we just keep adding more and more to the app. So it gets out of date pretty quick.Speaker 0:So right now what we can do with the app, it’s, um, really, really cool, unique stuff that we wouldn’t be able to do with any other basic camera we would need, you know, editing software and some other things. So here’s the way it works. Um, I can’t recommend watching everyone go and break it down here for you on
