Personalization text allows you to place tokens from contact data. The variable after the | is a fallback option in the event that the personalization data does not exist. For example {{first-name|Hi}} would include the first name of the recipient if present, otherwise it will display "Hi". (e.g. John, check out my video vs. Hi, check out my video) (edited)
