Create, share, and track video messages from Salesforce
The Salesforce integration allows you to create, share, and track video messages directly from the Salesforce email interface. Video messages sent to an individual or via a campaign generate real-time contact reporting inside the Dubb dashboard or third-party platform.
On the left you will see two buttons. The top button will allow you to install the Salesforce Dubb API connection to allow activtity reporting to sync directly back to Salesforce. There can only be one API connection per Team account. The bottom button will allow you to install the Dubb Chrome Extension, providing a shortcut directly into the Salesforce interface.
Here are steps to install the Salesforce.
1. Install Dubb Chrome Extension from the Chrome Store
2. Log into the Dubb Chrome Extension
3. Connect Salesforce to your Dubb account
3. Refresh the Salesforce website
4. Click Dubb button in the Salesforce email interface
5. Record, select, or upload a video and insert into an email
6. View real-time reporting within Dubb dashboard
