WACD stands for \u201cWhat Amazon Can\u2019t Do.\u201d If you are in the housing industry, you need to add a \u201cZ\u201d to that acronym, which will represent Zillow. Ultimately, you need to be aware of these large competitors in your industry. Determine what they can and cannot do. This is especially true in one-to-one videos. In these types of videos, for instance, don\u2019t hesitate to say back the audience member\u2019s name. This may seem like a really small gesture, but it can go a long way in helping you build a strong and long-lasting relationship.
