These are people that truly feel empathy and provide that human connection <i>as<\/i> they are providing value. Rather than feeling salesly or aggressive, audience members feel more comforted. It\u2019s in your interest to embrace this style of communication as you speak with your prospects, clients, and audience members.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">When focusing on results for your clients and team, a dramatic mind shift takes place. To get to this point, it\u2019s critical to constantly listen to your clients\u2019 and colleagues\u2019 needs. While it can be tempting to build products or services to serve your curiosity, focusing on others\u2019 needs will help you create immense value.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Word of mouth is one of the best ways to generate lead flow. Even though it is easy to focus on things like social media ads or other marketing channels, don\u2019t ignore the power of word of mouth.
