To discuss remote work cultures, <span class=\"s1\"><a href=\"http:\/\/dubb.com\">Dubb<\/a> founder <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/rubendua\/\">Ruben Dua<\/a><\/span>\u00a0sat down with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/brittinay\/\">Brittinay Lenhart<\/a>. Topics and insights discussed include the following:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">360-degree feedback is a really important part of building a healthy remote work culture. Even though it takes time for everyone involved, having this type of in-depth feedback keeps employees on track, improves performance, and increases morale.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">There are some bosses out there that haven\u2019t adapted well to remote work. Because they don\u2019t feel like they have control anymore, they schedule many Zoom meetings and make sure that their employees constantly check-in. This is a poor way to create a healthy remote work culture.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">The fact that you can be contacted all the time doesn\u2019t mean that managers <i>should<\/i> do so. Giving employees the autonomy and freedom to do their work will improve performance <i>and<\/i> the attitude of the entire organization.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Having events called amnesty hours can be a great way to connect remote managers and employees. In these amnesty hours, have candid one-on-ones with your employees. Hash out any conflicts you may be having. It is a great way to get in sync and eliminate conflicts before they get to be too large.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Recognize that mental health is even more critical today.
