By targeting fewer prospects, you can add a personalized touch to your communications. You can add more meaningful things in your correspondence, thereby increasing your chances of making the sale or conversion.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"DK2WGA7X3rKos2v1AABBD public-DraftStyleDefault-unorderedListItem public-DraftStyleDefault-depth0 public-DraftStyleDefault-listLTR\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"84oeh\" data-offset-key=\"52d2j-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"52d2j-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"52d2j-0-0\">There is nothing stopping you from using an automation program to find LinkedIn connections, but you should do so strategically. Don\u2019t try to send the same message to thousands of people <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"52d2j-0-1\">en masse<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"52d2j-0-2\">. Instead, at least leverage some filtering tools to see their interests and recent activity on LinkedIn.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"DK2WGA7X3rKos2v1AABBD public-DraftStyleDefault-unorderedListItem public-DraftStyleDefault-depth0 public-DraftStyleDefault-listLTR\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"84oeh\" data-offset-key=\"v0hs-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"v0hs-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"v0hs-0-0\">One personalized message can replace thousands (or even tens of thousands) of cold emails. Cold email open and conversion rates are incredibly low, while sending a LinkedIn connection request and personalized video can substantially improve your conversion rate.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"DK2WGA7X3rKos2v1AABBD public-DraftStyleDefault-unorderedListItem public-DraftStyleDefault-depth0 public-DraftStyleDefault-listLTR\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"84oeh\" data-offset-key=\"eon0b-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"eon0b-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"eon0b-0-0\">When reaching out to large companies, it is often better to <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"eon0b-0-1\">not<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"eon0b-0-2\"> pitch the CEO. Instead of that, try to find a decisionmaker that is a few rungs down the ladder.
