Whether you are a solo entrepreneur who is looking to manage a new influx of prospects or a marketer who wants a better way to stay in touch with your key customers, a video CRM can get the job done.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>The Tribulations and Trials of CRM Systems<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you haven\u2019t yet used or heard of a CRM system, it is essentially a way to help you manage interactions with current and potential customers. CRM stands for <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">customer relationship management<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0The main value proposition of CRM systems is that they can help you build better relationships with prospects and customers while increasing your likelihood of making sales. CRM systems help you unlock this value by letting you track your leads and contacts, leverage more personalized outreach to prospects and clients, more efficiently send out drip campaigns, and see all of your data on one platform.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I like to compare CRMs to coffee. Most of us need coffee to run on a daily basis. Most of us aren\u2019t that picky about them. Instead, we just need them to work. We need them to help us with things like monitoring our deal flow and moving deals within lifecycle stages.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The reality, however, is that many people have a love-hate relationship with their CRM systems. The CRM benefits referenced above are only a few of the benefits that you can leverage. CRM systems help you increase productivity, revenue, and efficiency. In all honesty, your business is going to need a CRM to reach your sales and marketing goals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But most of the time, interacting with your CRM system isn\u2019t a pretty story. It\u2019s more Stephen King novel compared to a fairytale love story. It can almost feel like the software is eating your soul. Even though it isn\u2019t designed to be confusing or inefficient, you may find that your CRM creates more problems than you would expect. This can <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/now.iseeit.com\/5-common-problems-with-crm-systems\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">be everything from<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> lost time administering the system to conveying information that may be old or outdated.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the end, the whole point of a CRM system is to make it easy to stay in touch with both your prospects and customers. Yet it can be frustrating because many CRM systems make it much more difficult than it needs to be. Dead ends and frustrating features make the CRM experience much less enjoyable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>A New Way to Leverage the Benefits of CRM<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Understanding this love-hate relationship with CRMs, all of us at Dubb decided to take action. There are plenty of great CRM systems out there. They have been building CRMs for years, whether they are companies like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive. Our goal with Dubb\u2019s CRM is to simply provide an option. If you are already using a CRM that you enjoy, there\u2019s no problem. You can simply continue to use those CRMs and just sync them up with Dubb. The great news is that Dubb as an ecosystem is made to sync with nearly all of the popular CRM systems.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But on the flip side, if you don\u2019t yet have a CRM, are in between CRM systems, or haven\u2019t necessarily found your favorite CRM, you are in a great position to check out Dubb\u2019s CRM.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Why Dubb\u2019s Video CRM Is One-Of-A-Kind<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For starters, one of the main differences with Dubb\u2019s CRM is that it is a video CRM. At least for now, it is the first and only video CRM on the market. Any type of communication you have, you can do it directly through Dubb. If you\u2019d like, you can also do it from LinkedIn, Gmail, and from your email marketing platform. When you do this, the activity reporting will sync back to your Dubb account. It is extremely seamless and helps you complete your work more easily and more efficiently.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whether you aren\u2019t a Dubb user or have been a Dubb user for some time, you\u2019ll see that the CRM features are built directly within the Dubb actionable video platform. For you, this means many exciting things. Starting off, it means that there are fewer moving parts. It is much easier to use compared to other CRM systems. You are able to do all of your work from one central location, which makes it much easier for you and your team to complete your work.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As just one example, Dubb\u2019s CRM makes it extremely easy to add all of your contacts. You can add contacts in several different ways. You can certainly choose to manually add a contact. But along with this, you can use Google or Microsoft Outlook to automatically sync your contacts. It\u2019s a one-way sync one time, so it makes this task seamless and painless. If you choose, you can also use a CSV file to import your contacts as a list. Contacts can also be added to your database by filling out a form that you complete on the Dubb platform. Finally, you can add Zapier or PieSync contacts through third-party forms. Ultimately, the choice is yours.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Along with adding contacts, you can easily manage your contacts and your data. The first layer of doing this is through Dubb\u2019s tagging system. Through the tagging system, you can add multiple tags to a contact. From there, you can even filter by those specific tags and save the specific filter as a list. Tags are also used to trigger automations within Dubb\u2019s CRM. All of these tools can help you easily stay in touch with your prospects and customers while increasing your bottom line.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deals essentially helps you find some sort of hand raise or interest that has already been expressed in your product or service. When you create a deal within a pipeline, you are essentially saying that\u2019s a target. At the end of the day, it is a numbers game. You can do this by creating deals and including details, associating contacts, and companies. Of course, you can then move deals up and down the pipeline using the visual board. Through this process, you can create deals, keep them associated with contacts, keep them updated, and continue to update their lifecycle stage.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Next up is tasks. With tasks, you and your team can stay focused. You can assign both high priority and less urgent tasks to any number of your colleagues. All of your tasks show up in your dashboard and you\u2019ll also be sent reminders about upcoming due dates. These tasks can be everything from scheduling follow-ups with prospects to other communications that can nurture your customer relationship.
