Then make sure that your Chrome browser is up to date.<\/p>\n<p>Do this by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of your Chrome browser<\/p>\n<div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-left\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/downloads.intercomcdn.com\/i\/o\/123315811\/9f6b5e97b09d0b347c53f1b6\/image.png\" \/><\/div>\n<p class=\"intercom-align-left\">Then click help, and click &#8220;About Google Chrome&#8221;<\/p>\n<div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-left\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/downloads.intercomcdn.com\/i\/o\/123316357\/808bfd9547bd282067827076\/image.png\" \/><\/div>\n<p class=\"intercom-align-left\">Then make sure your Browser is up to date, if you need to relaunch, do so.<\/p>\n<div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-left\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/downloads.intercomcdn.com\/i\/o\/123316575\/a22d630841d0cba60f8816a3\/image.png\" \/><\/div>\n<p class=\"intercom-align-left\">If you have external devices (such as monitors, microphones or webcams) that are not connecting follow these steps:<\/p>\n<p class=\"intercom-align-left\">1. Unplug all of your external devices<\/p>\n<p class=\"intercom-align-left\">2. Clear your Chrome Browser Content Settings<\/p>\n<p class=\"intercom-align-left\">To do this go to the settings section of your Goole Chrome browser and select: <b>More Tools &gt; Clear Browsing Data &gt; Advanced &gt; Content Settings &gt; \u2713 &gt; Clear Data<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"intercom-align-left\">3. Refresh your device connections<\/p>\n<p class=\"intercom-align-left\">4.
