We&#8217;re going to go over<\/p>\n<p>some really great stuff in terms of explaining to you the Dubb growth<\/p>\n<p>cycle, why you want to use Dubb, how it can help grow your business.<\/p>\n<p>And at the end of the day, it&#8217;s really about video as opposed to text<\/p>\n<p>based communication, which is what we&#8217;re all about. So what I&#8217;m going to do here<\/p>\n<p>is I&#8217;m going to share my screen. I&#8217;m going to go over just a couple<\/p>\n<p>important things before we dive into, uh, the real important<\/p>\n<p>kind of nitty gritty stuff of what everyone wants to see. So let me<\/p>\n<p>share my screen here. And here<\/p>\n<p>we go. All right, let me come back<\/p>\n<p>over here. And here we go.<\/p>\n<p>Okay, so let&#8217;s look at this slide right here. This is really important.<\/p>\n<p>So let&#8217;s go to full screen here. Let&#8217;s present.<\/p>\n<p>Okay, now, we talked about that, goals, everything. Put in the chat,<\/p>\n<p>great. But this is really what it&#8217;s about. It&#8217;s about the big idea. So when<\/p>\n<p>we talk about adding video, you&#8217;re going to get more replies,<\/p>\n<p>more bookings, and the end of the day, you&#8217;re going to get more clients.<\/p>\n<p>And that&#8217;s really what this is about. How do you engage people when you&#8217;re reaching<\/p>\n<p>out? How do you engage for client calm? How do you<\/p>\n<p>engage, period? We found that video has been the answer over the years, and that&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>why we&#8217;ve been doing what we&#8217;ve been doing here since 2018. You want<\/p>\n<p>to create a growth cycle to maximize your sales and marketing. So you<\/p>\n<p>want to keep things very secular in terms of starting<\/p>\n<p>one place, motioning through the cycle, and bringing you right back<\/p>\n<p>at the end to where you need to be in terms of your growth,<\/p>\n<p>your goals. And that&#8217;s something we&#8217;re going to show in a second. You also want<\/p>\n<p>to use the Dubb technology for all aspects of this cycle.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not just for one thing. It&#8217;s not just for prospecting. It&#8217;s not just for<\/p>\n<p>closing. It&#8217;s not just for client communication. It&#8217;s for all<\/p>\n<p>the above. And that&#8217;s something that we really want to hone in on.<\/p>\n<p>So if we look at this here, it&#8217;s about a transformation that&#8217;s happening<\/p>\n<p>when we look at the past in terms of what the efforts were.<\/p>\n<p>You know, the olden days, like what, a year ago? It could be even longer.<\/p>\n<p>People would grab these cold lead lists where they&#8217;d have their contacts and they<\/p>\n<p>would go through the motion, they&#8217;d reach out, they&#8217;d call, they&#8217;d text, all that.<\/p>\n<p>But calling and texting can only do so much. Again, we find<\/p>\n<p>that video is much more of an impactful way. They can<\/p>\n<p>hear you, they can see you, they can trust you. So it&#8217;s about going from<\/p>\n<p>that to that. It&#8217;s also about text based outbound.<\/p>\n<p>They were typically all this text is just being thrown at people on<\/p>\n<p>an outbound basis. Copy and paste, copy and paste, getting thrown out there<\/p>\n<p>when you should be using the current technology that exists,<\/p>\n<p>which is our AI writing, which we have here at Dubb. You know,<\/p>\n<p>use an AI writing tool to say things you want to say, really kind of<\/p>\n<p>hone into the power of how it can optimize your writing.<\/p>\n<p>And then also you have phone and email follow ups, right? Hey, I&#8217;m just following<\/p>\n<p>up to follow up. Well, you always want to bring value. And one of the<\/p>\n<p>best ways to bring value is to create social content.<\/p>\n<p>So many people consume that today where they&#8217;re looking for answers. Well, you want<\/p>\n<p>to put posts out there that really, really dive into your answers<\/p>\n<p>for the common challenges that people are having. So instead of chasing<\/p>\n<p>them down to convince them, you&#8217;re actually attracting them and activating<\/p>\n<p>them with the social content you are creating.<\/p>\n<p>So it&#8217;s a big shift in not only mindset, but actually action<\/p>\n<p>as well. Now, the Dubb growth cycle,<\/p>\n<p>what does this look like? Well, this is all about getting more connections and<\/p>\n<p>more conversations. At the end of the day, more clients.<\/p>\n<p>So if we look at this here, it&#8217;s a number of things it has to<\/p>\n<p>do with prospecting, nurturing, closing client<\/p>\n<p>communication, content mining, and then obviously lead generation.<\/p>\n<p>Now, prospecting is probably one of the main reasons a lot of<\/p>\n<p>you are here today. It&#8217;s one of the main reasons people sign up and subscribe<\/p>\n<p>to Dove. They want to be able to do that prospecting in a more effective<\/p>\n<p>way. Now, under prospecting, we look at it very simply, one to<\/p>\n<p>one video, email, one to one. So let&#8217;s take a look at what that means,<\/p>\n<p>because this is one of the more effective ways that we actually<\/p>\n<p>get to use Dubb as far as really making this<\/p>\n<p>work. So if we come over here to an email. Right? Let&#8217;s open up an<\/p>\n<p>email here. And let&#8217;s say I want to send someone an email. Let&#8217;s put a<\/p>\n<p>little template in here, and I&#8217;ll give you an example of how simple this can<\/p>\n<p>be. So I&#8217;ve got the word video in our subject line. Gotta let<\/p>\n<p>someone know there&#8217;s a video coming. Got a little text in here in the compose<\/p>\n<p>window. And I&#8217;m going to take a video, and I&#8217;m going to copy and paste<\/p>\n<p>this video into the email. And this is one of the simplest ways<\/p>\n<p>you can truly connect. There&#8217;s a video that I&#8217;ve recorded.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m going to click, share and send. I can put my email of the person<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m sending it to. So I have my tracking and I can do a little<\/p>\n<p>personal text right on the top. Hi, Darius. Just like this.<\/p>\n<p>If I can type and then click copy for email, and then I just<\/p>\n<p>paste it right inside the body of an email.<\/p>\n<p>Just like that. So by simply just doing this,<\/p>\n<p>you are putting yourself ahead of so many others. And all I did here was<\/p>\n<p>use the Dubb mobile app, holding a phone up, just like when people used to<\/p>\n<p>hold, you know, piece of cardboard, piece of paper, use the basic webcam<\/p>\n<p>recorder. And that&#8217;s all I did. And if you just start doing<\/p>\n<p>this, you&#8217;re going to put yourself ahead so much further.<\/p>\n<p>Now, you can also, let&#8217;s just say you wanted to send someone a<\/p>\n<p>text message, right? You want to say, you know what? I&#8217;ve made a video.<\/p>\n<p>I want to share it. There&#8217;s another simple way to do it. So here is<\/p>\n<p>the Dubb mobile app. We have our videos here, and a very simple<\/p>\n<p>way is we choose a video that we have, and all we have to do<\/p>\n<p>is just go right up here to our paper airplane icon within the Dubb mobile<\/p>\n<p>app, click that there, and then it opens up our text messaging,<\/p>\n<p>and we&#8217;re able to send that out to who we want to send it to.<\/p>\n<p>So very simply, grabbing a video that you recorded,<\/p>\n<p>drop it in an email, drop it in a text, and you&#8217;re able to send<\/p>\n<p>it out immediately and have a very impactful,<\/p>\n<p>impactful animated gif that looks just<\/p>\n<p>like this. And what happens when someone does this?<\/p>\n<p>They click on it. Where do they go? Well, they go to a customized<\/p>\n<p>landing page. And we&#8217;re going to dive in this in a little bit. But this<\/p>\n<p>is really the power of being able to send a one to one video,<\/p>\n<p>and then it goes there. Now, another thing that&#8217;s very important<\/p>\n<p>is this right here. You want to have your own booking<\/p>\n<p>page. So this is where someone can book a time in my calendar<\/p>\n<p>and I can meet with them. So this is just a book, Rob, that I<\/p>\n<p>have here. It&#8217;s a very important CTA call to action button. So when<\/p>\n<p>we talk about the sales cycle, the growth cycle in general,<\/p>\n<p>it&#8217;s really about understanding that it begins with prospecting.<\/p>\n<p>And then we&#8217;re going to move our way through with this very specific<\/p>\n<p>technology. Now we&#8217;re going to jump back over here to the.<\/p>\n<p>To the slide, because I want to show you the next part of this,<\/p>\n<p>which is very important. So back in here, I&#8217;m going to<\/p>\n<p>share my screen. And here we go. And here<\/p>\n<p>is the cycle again, the growth cycle. And now we just looked at one to<\/p>\n<p>one video, sending email and sms. We looked at our booking link. So it all<\/p>\n<p>starts here very simply now with nurturing.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve got our clients out there that we want to nurture, right? We&#8217;ve got to<\/p>\n<p>get them, you know, to the point where we want to close them, these prospects.<\/p>\n<p>So how do we do a lot of this? Well, it&#8217;s screen videos, it&#8217;s automation.<\/p>\n<p>It can even be screen ads like you&#8217;ve seen Facebook ads before.<\/p>\n<p>But let&#8217;s take a look at screen videos. What&#8217;s a really effective way<\/p>\n<p>to send someone a video where we want to show them something of<\/p>\n<p>value? So let me pull this up here, and you&#8217;re going to see what exactly<\/p>\n<p>I am talking about. So when we reach out, I&#8217;m going to pull LinkedIn<\/p>\n<p>up as an example, and I&#8217;ll give you some context on why this<\/p>\n<p>is here is LinkedIn here. So if I wanted to send someone<\/p>\n<p>a screen video, maybe it&#8217;s an outreach on LinkedIn,<\/p>\n<p>maybe it&#8217;s a market update in real estate that<\/p>\n<p>I want to share. How do we simply share these screens?<\/p>\n<p>Well, what we can do is we can use something called the Chrome extension,<\/p>\n<p>which is right up here at the top. If you put Chrome extension Dubb<\/p>\n<p>into Google, you can download it, get it set up, get it pinned, and now<\/p>\n<p>you are simply on the screen. So I&#8217;m able to be part of the<\/p>\n<p>story as I&#8217;m sharing this screen with someone now, I can change my sizes,<\/p>\n<p>I can change the shape, all that good stuff, kind of fit the aesthetic of<\/p>\n<p>the site that I&#8217;m on. But let&#8217;s use LinkedIn as an example here.<\/p>\n<p>So I&#8217;m going to. I can use the teleprompter if I want to. We have<\/p>\n<p>a teleprompter option right here. I could pull up a test script that I<\/p>\n<p>have because, you know, maybe I want to have the exact words right in front<\/p>\n<p>of me when I&#8217;m sending this screen video, which is really amazing.<\/p>\n<p>So I&#8217;m going to click scroll while recording and I can manipulate this<\/p>\n<p>just like this if I want to, and I can move it around. So I&#8217;m<\/p>\n<p>going to put it right by my camera at the top here.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m going to leave a little bit of space just so I can tap this<\/p>\n<p>and bring it forward and use it. You don&#8217;t want to go full screen on<\/p>\n<p>your browser because it&#8217;ll hide the teleprompter. I also<\/p>\n<p>have the ability to use my headshot if I don&#8217;t want to be on camera.<\/p>\n<p>And I can click it again if I just want to do an audio walkthrough.<\/p>\n<p>But when you&#8217;re initially doing the outreach, it&#8217;s really great<\/p>\n<p>to be live. Now I&#8217;m going to use the annotation tool in<\/p>\n<p>this example and we&#8217;re going to see what this looks like. I&#8217;m going to hit<\/p>\n<p>record here. I got a little bit of a countdown and this is what it<\/p>\n<p>would be like. Hey Ruben, this is Rob. Saw your profile over<\/p>\n<p>here on LinkedIn and I wanted to send you this quick video because I noticed<\/p>\n<p>something within your profile that I wanted to talk to you directly about. So all<\/p>\n<p>I did there was very mindful of our repeating gif, right.<\/p>\n<p>The image that Rubens going to keep repeating that he&#8217;s going to see, he&#8217;s going<\/p>\n<p>to see his profile, his background. And then what I did here on the control<\/p>\n<p>bar down at the bottom, I clicked and I wanted full screen because I wanted<\/p>\n<p>to say something important to him. So when you&#8217;re making these screen videos,<\/p>\n<p>how neat is it to be able to go from here to here to be<\/p>\n<p>impactful? When you want to do that, you also have the ability to move yourself<\/p>\n<p>around, scroll around the screen. You can hit the pause<\/p>\n<p>button down in the menu bar to stop the recording. Get yourself figured.<\/p>\n<p>Okay, I know what I want to say. I&#8217;m going to move myself to the<\/p>\n<p>correct spot and then you can resume. You also have<\/p>\n<p>the ability to use this great annotation tool off to the left here where you<\/p>\n<p>can underline things. You can do arrows, you can write<\/p>\n<p>text on screen, you can do numbering if you want<\/p>\n<p>to do numbering 1234, you can do circles,<\/p>\n<p>all kinds of cool stuff that you can do to really emphasize the information that&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>on the page and make it really dynamic. In this case, everything stays<\/p>\n<p>sticky. So if you want to share valuable<\/p>\n<p>screen information with someone. Why not use the Chrome extension?<\/p>\n<p>Now? I&#8217;m going to save this video into Dubb. We&#8217;re going to save it<\/p>\n<p>right now. And I also have the ability to<\/p>\n<p>use our desktop app, which is one of the best<\/p>\n<p>desktop apps in the industry. And it.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s see. I might not have it downloaded. Let me just pull it up real<\/p>\n<p>quick. Let me stop sharing for a second. So the desktop app was<\/p>\n<p>something that was created by the team, where we record in clips,<\/p>\n<p>and the clip recording is one of the most powerful ways you can actually record.<\/p>\n<p>So I&#8217;m going to open this up right now. I&#8217;m going to share my screen,<\/p>\n<p>and this is exactly what this looks like. And I&#8217;ll provide a little bit<\/p>\n<p>of context on that. The reason why we&#8217;re so passionate<\/p>\n<p>about this desktop app here is because,<\/p>\n<p>number one, that recording videos and editing videos<\/p>\n<p>and publishing videos is actually,<\/p>\n<p>historically a very challenging task. There&#8217;s a lot of<\/p>\n<p>steps that go into it. Historically, you have to capture your<\/p>\n<p>video content. Then you have to figure out, how am I going to trim this?<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s mistakes. Inevitably, you want to cut stuff out, trim the<\/p>\n<p>beginnings, remove sections, add certain clips,<\/p>\n<p>then eventually concoct, create,<\/p>\n<p>craft something that you can then publish on YouTube, on social<\/p>\n<p>media, in a video email, using Dubb, on a landing page<\/p>\n<p>embedded on your homepage, whatever it may be.<\/p>\n<p>And we were really frustrated because we would go<\/p>\n<p>through the process of having to work with editors and get b roll<\/p>\n<p>and mine certain content. And we said, we are going to make a desktop<\/p>\n<p>app that allows people to record videos and make it very easy.<\/p>\n<p>The whole process, from capturing to trimming, editing,<\/p>\n<p>adding clips, and then eventually publishing. So what Rob is going to show you is<\/p>\n<p>really the culmination of years of work so that<\/p>\n<p>you guys can become video editors without having to<\/p>\n<p>go through the process of learning how to edit video. And the time and the<\/p>\n<p>software and the computers and the heart attack and the<\/p>\n<p>heart attacks that you get by going<\/p>\n<p>and dealing with a lot of that software. So, Rob, take it away.<\/p>\n<p>Yeah. Thanks, Ruben. Let&#8217;s take a look at what this looks<\/p>\n<p>like here. We just saw the Chrome extension. We saw how we<\/p>\n<p>can easily share webpages and things like that with our screen, be part<\/p>\n<p>of the story. Well, this is the Dubb desktop app, so let&#8217;s look at it.<\/p>\n<p>Has a number of options in here. You can record from your screen, you can<\/p>\n<p>do webcam. This is a great little feature we&#8217;ll show in a little bit.<\/p>\n<p>Import video, editor, all kinds of neat stuff right from within here but let&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>take a look at what the screen recorder can do. Okay, so here you&#8217;ll notice<\/p>\n<p>a blue rectangle on my screen. This is your<\/p>\n<p>cropping border. So with the desktop app, I can actually record<\/p>\n<p>my entire desktop if I want to. I could just close it here,<\/p>\n<p>getting my whole screen. If I optimize it here, I can drag<\/p>\n<p>this and crop it around, whatever I would like to show.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe if it&#8217;s a canvas slide, maybe it&#8217;s a document, maybe it&#8217;s a PowerPoint,<\/p>\n<p>whatever. You have that control right there. I can also use<\/p>\n<p>it as 16 by nine for landscape, for YouTube.<\/p>\n<p>Hi, YouTube. We can also do nine by 16 for a social<\/p>\n<p>video where all we have to do is crunch our Internet browser and just<\/p>\n<p>throw this right over the top of it. And now you&#8217;ve got a YouTube short,<\/p>\n<p>you&#8217;ve got an Instagram reel, you&#8217;ve got a TikTok video. Now, there&#8217;s also some great<\/p>\n<p>things about the desktop as well. I can move myself around in this<\/p>\n<p>little bubble wherever I&#8217;d like to before I even hit record. I can zoom<\/p>\n<p>myself in just like this. Maybe you have a background issue. You want<\/p>\n<p>to zoom yourself in. I can directionally move myself up and down,<\/p>\n<p>left or right. I can have a little virtual background behind me,<\/p>\n<p>which I have here. I can change my shapes and I can make myself bigger<\/p>\n<p>or smaller. We also have the annotation tool off the left that you<\/p>\n<p>saw in the chrome extension. We have our teleprompter up at the top because we<\/p>\n<p>have that across all the tech. And then when I hit record here,<\/p>\n<p>here&#8217;s the page, I&#8217;ve got my three, two, one countdown.<\/p>\n<p>And now I&#8217;m recording video, right? Well, I can pause and<\/p>\n<p>resume this video just like I could with the chrome extension,<\/p>\n<p>just recorded a singular clip. So the<\/p>\n<p>desktop app records in clips. The chrome extension is<\/p>\n<p>one video you pause and resume. Now you record in clips. It gives you a<\/p>\n<p>lot of flexibility, because I can drag and drop a video from my computer<\/p>\n<p>into the queue here to make it part of my story. And if I hit<\/p>\n<p>record screen again, it will take me right back to where it was, and I<\/p>\n<p>can hit record. And now I&#8217;m creating a second clip.<\/p>\n<p>So what you&#8217;re doing is you&#8217;re putting effectively together a bunch of<\/p>\n<p>scenes for your little mini movie that you&#8217;re making. You&#8217;re putting these<\/p>\n<p>scenes together, your clips, and I can physically move<\/p>\n<p>these clips wherever I&#8217;d like to. I can download or delete one and<\/p>\n<p>I can save the other one. So you don&#8217;t have to chronologically record<\/p>\n<p>an order. I can record the ending first if I&#8217;d like to. And then<\/p>\n<p>when you hit done recording, it will merge these clips into one video.<\/p>\n<p>You can pause, you can edit it, you can download the mp4,<\/p>\n<p>you can upload it into Dubb. So there&#8217;s a lot of flexibility<\/p>\n<p>with the desktop app. Now, one of the<\/p>\n<p>coolest features that we&#8217;ve added, and this is,<\/p>\n<p>this is just one of the neatest features that Ruben and the team has built<\/p>\n<p>with the desktop app is this. It&#8217;s called Dubb<\/p>\n<p>narrator. So record narrator video, right.<\/p>\n<p>What does that mean? Well, let&#8217;s go over here and watch it really in live<\/p>\n<p>in terms of what you would use it for. So let&#8217;s go back to that<\/p>\n<p>webpage that we have pulled up. Let&#8217;s go here.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s pop back over here. And let&#8217;s say I was doing a LinkedIn outreach,<\/p>\n<p>but I didn&#8217;t want to do it live. I wanted to use a<\/p>\n<p>pre recorded video. Well, I absolutely could do that. What if I was doing a<\/p>\n<p>market update and I wanted to send it to a real estate professional and say,<\/p>\n<p>you know what? Check out the mark here. What if I wanted to share a<\/p>\n<p>company&#8217;s website? Anything you want to share,<\/p>\n<p>but you prefer not to do it live. So what I&#8217;m going to do is<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m going to open up the desktop app, I&#8217;m going to click record narrator video,<\/p>\n<p>and all I have to do is select my narrator video that I&#8217;ve recorded.<\/p>\n<p>This is my video library. And here it is right here in this video right<\/p>\n<p>here, I just recorded to my webcam with a teleprompter<\/p>\n<p>and really focused on the content so I don&#8217;t have to<\/p>\n<p>worry about scrolling right here. I can just play the video,<\/p>\n<p>relax, and just scroll around the screen just like this.<\/p>\n<p>And you can also, in fact, you don&#8217;t even have to be<\/p>\n<p>live. I mean, it doesn&#8217;t even have to be you. So what you could do<\/p>\n<p>in here is go here. If I reopen here, I&#8217;m going to put Dubb narrator<\/p>\n<p>go back to my video library. And what do I<\/p>\n<p>have in here? Well, I have Neva. This is our AI<\/p>\n<p>avatar assistant. So what we did here was we created a<\/p>\n<p>video, gave Neva a script, and then when we hit play,<\/p>\n<p>or would you like to use a pre recorded video? So that&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>really the power of using something<\/p>\n<p>like Dubb narrator. Hey,<\/p>\n<p>guys. Yeah, I&#8217;m sorry, Rob, to interrupt. There was a<\/p>\n<p>weird sound earlier when you were trying<\/p>\n<p>to record the desktop<\/p>\n<p>app. Yeah, that&#8217;s why Ruben skip because<\/p>\n<p>he&#8217;s not sure if it is his. Testimonials and<\/p>\n<p>case studies are really wonderful to have.<\/p>\n<p>Now, one of the best ways to get case<\/p>\n<p>studies and testimonials is by using a function on the landing<\/p>\n<p>page that I&#8217;m going to talk about right now. It&#8217;s called reply with<\/p>\n<p>video. So let&#8217;s jump into that and take a look at<\/p>\n<p>what that looks like. Okay, so here<\/p>\n<p>is a video that we recorded. I&#8217;m going to open this up in a separate<\/p>\n<p>window. And this is the Dubb landing<\/p>\n<p>page. So when someone clicks on a video and they see the animated gif,<\/p>\n<p>it&#8217;s going to take them here. Now, this is called a preset<\/p>\n<p>in Dubb terms. So we&#8217;ve got our logo, we have our image<\/p>\n<p>behind, we have playlist videos, we have buttons below.<\/p>\n<p>So it&#8217;s really just a wonderful place where someone can not only get more<\/p>\n<p>information with these playlist videos, but they can more importantly,<\/p>\n<p>take an action on this. Now, when we talk about<\/p>\n<p>testimonials, video testimonials, what&#8217;s an easy way to do<\/p>\n<p>that? Well, reply with video is a great way to get a video testimonial.<\/p>\n<p>So I could send a video to someone, say, hey Darius, listen, thank you so<\/p>\n<p>much for using Dubb. We really appreciate your business. It would mean the world to<\/p>\n<p>us if we can get a video testimonial from you. So when you think about<\/p>\n<p>these landing pages, just think about the power of being able to have a<\/p>\n<p>preset, a customized landing page for every segment of your<\/p>\n<p>audience. If you&#8217;re in real estate, why not have a page for buyers,<\/p>\n<p>sellers, expired fizbos,<\/p>\n<p>open houses? If you&#8217;re in insurance, why not different kinds of,<\/p>\n<p>you know, in policies they have or different kinds of clients? If you&#8217;re in recruitment,<\/p>\n<p>right, employers, candidates, if you&#8217;re in consulting and<\/p>\n<p>coaching, maybe enterprise, maybe small business, and break it up from<\/p>\n<p>there. So when we think about all this, it&#8217;s really about what<\/p>\n<p>does this page look like and how does it speak to<\/p>\n<p>this audience? Because the reason this is so important is<\/p>\n<p>because when we look at this cycle here, it&#8217;s really about<\/p>\n<p>taking them from here to here,<\/p>\n<p>which is that little loop there at the top. And by using the<\/p>\n<p>technology, you&#8217;ve just seen one to one emails, screen videos,<\/p>\n<p>being able to capture these testimonials, these are great ways to<\/p>\n<p>eventually bring it to client communication.<\/p>\n<p>Now, one of the biggest things we talk about when it comes to clientcom<\/p>\n<p>is bringing value. Right now, Dubb has a Zoom<\/p>\n<p>plugin where you can actually play videos in Zoom video.<\/p>\n<p>Email is one of the biggest things that we can do. We talked about that<\/p>\n<p>in prospecting and project management. So when we think about<\/p>\n<p>project management from a CRM perspective,<\/p>\n<p>well, that&#8217;s where a lot of integrations come in. So if we look at<\/p>\n<p>this here, this advanced list we have here, we have a<\/p>\n<p>lot of companies that we integrate with. So whether it&#8217;s HubSpot,<\/p>\n<p>Salesforce, go high level,<\/p>\n<p>all kinds of third party centers and CRMs where you have your workflow,<\/p>\n<p>set up your projects, that&#8217;s all great. That&#8217;s why we have the integration set<\/p>\n<p>up if you want to stay using those platforms.<\/p>\n<p>Now, if you wanted to use Dubb as a CRM for your projects, you absolutely<\/p>\n<p>could. You could upload your contacts in here with a CSV file.<\/p>\n<p>You can set up tasks, right? You can set up these in here.<\/p>\n<p>You can do deals where you have your deal management board where you<\/p>\n<p>can rotate things to where they need to be if you have a CRM.<\/p>\n<p>Probably very familiar with what this looks like. And then Dubb<\/p>\n<p>also itself does campaign. Sending email,<\/p>\n<p>SMS. We recommend Twilio for SMS, but all kinds of bulk<\/p>\n<p>sends that you can send here. So Dubb is a fully<\/p>\n<p>functioning CRM that allows you that capability if<\/p>\n<p>you want to use something other than maybe the CRM that you&#8217;ve had or maybe<\/p>\n<p>you&#8217;re looking for something. It&#8217;s all about how you communicate<\/p>\n<p>in the most effective way possible once you&#8217;ve closed<\/p>\n<p>that client. And then once you&#8217;ve closed the client, how about<\/p>\n<p>content mining, testimonials, case studies,<\/p>\n<p>reviews. These are all incredibly important because<\/p>\n<p>when you have a client and you worked with them, you want<\/p>\n<p>to be able to mine the content. Because we talked about in the beginning,<\/p>\n<p>remember, we&#8217;ve talked about how social media is so important in<\/p>\n<p>terms of putting your content out there so people can see it, they can consume<\/p>\n<p>it, and then they can go to a Dubb landing page with a pin comment,<\/p>\n<p>hopefully, and takes them to where they need to be. So, Ruben, anything you<\/p>\n<p>want to comment on there as far as the content mining from things that we&#8217;re<\/p>\n<p>doing? Can you guys see my screen?<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s see. Okay. Yeah. Okay, great.<\/p>\n<p>So this is our reviews page. Every business needs<\/p>\n<p>to get reviews. It&#8217;s so important. We built this page where we<\/p>\n<p>just mined together a number of clips from everyone on<\/p>\n<p>the team. Various sites show the loop.<\/p>\n<p>Oh, my gosh. Look at how cute she is. Yep.<\/p>\n<p>You know, this video we&#8217;ve used for years, you know, it&#8217;s so sweet.<\/p>\n<p>We have, you know, the whole team here. I think we recorded this in the<\/p>\n<p>pandemic. So we&#8217;re all sort of stuck at home. You can kind of tell.<\/p>\n<p>And he&#8217;s a nature around nobody. But the<\/p>\n<p>value of this page is that we have a video<\/p>\n<p>which makes a human connection. So people see the video, they see us, they see<\/p>\n<p>just that we&#8217;re real vulnerable people. And then<\/p>\n<p>we have an ask that says, please consider leaving reviews on<\/p>\n<p>some or any of the sites below. And then of course, we have links to<\/p>\n<p>our review sites. Now, every business has review sites for<\/p>\n<p>their own business. For some people it&#8217;s yelp. For some people it&#8217;s Google places.<\/p>\n<p>For some people it&#8217;s Zillow or Redfin or whatever.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s always places for your industry. I encourage you to find those out.<\/p>\n<p>For us, as a software company, it&#8217;s Trustradius,<\/p>\n<p>Captera, G two, app store, play store, Chrome store, and so<\/p>\n<p>on. So we say, please click on the button below.<\/p>\n<p>And then they click on one of these links and then sure enough, it takes<\/p>\n<p>them to the page where they can go and leave us a review.<\/p>\n<p>Now, this process has been extremely effective for us.<\/p>\n<p>If you go and you do the research on what<\/p>\n<p>kind of reviews that we have, they&#8217;re raving, they&#8217;re really<\/p>\n<p>good. We have 98 reviews here, 4.8 stars. These are all<\/p>\n<p>absolutely legitimate reviews that we received from a<\/p>\n<p>lot of hard work, having a good experience, but then also<\/p>\n<p>asking people, if you don&#8217;t ask people, they&#8217;re not going to leave a review.<\/p>\n<p>G two has also been an effective means for us.<\/p>\n<p>539 reviews. This looks like<\/p>\n<p>a little tiny bit less than 4.8, which is absolutely great for<\/p>\n<p>me. I don&#8217;t want to have five stars because that just looks fake. There&#8217;s always<\/p>\n<p>going to be some people that have some issues here. In this case, I think<\/p>\n<p>it&#8217;s the 2%, three stars. Thankfully, we have 0%<\/p>\n<p>on one star and two star. But this is<\/p>\n<p>honest information and this is going to drive a lot of<\/p>\n<p>business for you guys. So I encourage that you go<\/p>\n<p>record a quick video on Dubb, upload it to your account,<\/p>\n<p>create a bunch of CTA&#8217;s that have links<\/p>\n<p>to your reviews, and then create a preset for that. And that way,<\/p>\n<p>anytime that you want to go and ask someone on a personal<\/p>\n<p>level, or if you want to have an evergreen video just like this one,<\/p>\n<p>you can go and have that page preset with all your calls to action<\/p>\n<p>directly linking to those review sites. Oh my God. This is so<\/p>\n<p>valuable, you guys. And Rob just taught us a<\/p>\n<p>magic. A magic secret thing, which is to capture video testimonials.<\/p>\n<p>Folks, I&#8217;m going to share full webcam<\/p>\n<p>here because I really want to make this point. Capturing video<\/p>\n<p>testimonials is going to be one of the most effective<\/p>\n<p>things that you can do for your business. Guys, it doesn&#8217;t matter what we say<\/p>\n<p>about our businesses. It matters what other people say about our businesses.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s social validation. That&#8217;s social proof. That is just<\/p>\n<p>human nature. When was the last time that you bought something? Chances are someone told<\/p>\n<p>you to go buy it. Someone told you that they had a great experience buying<\/p>\n<p>something, and then you bought it. This microphone right here,<\/p>\n<p>these were referred to me, and I bought them in<\/p>\n<p>like 60 seconds. I clicked on the link and I was done. I purchased<\/p>\n<p>them. They were on the way. It&#8217;s because someone referred them to<\/p>\n<p>me. If I had discovered these on my own, it would have taken me time<\/p>\n<p>to go and research them and kind of experiment with certain things. But someone<\/p>\n<p>referred them. So I was like, in and out, right? You want the same thing<\/p>\n<p>for your business. The next screen that I&#8217;m going to show you is how<\/p>\n<p>and where to capture those beautiful, glorious video<\/p>\n<p>testimonials. And for us, it&#8217;s really on two pages.<\/p>\n<p>So number one is we have a page on our site where we mine all<\/p>\n<p>of our testimonials. We have them by industry, since we&#8217;re a software<\/p>\n<p>company. And if you go and look at all of these, we have great<\/p>\n<p>videos for every single one of these. And then we also,<\/p>\n<p>of course, created a master video right here,<\/p>\n<p>which has a collection of all these testimonials in one.<\/p>\n<p>So that way, if someone doesn&#8217;t want to watch an individual testimonial,<\/p>\n<p>they can see the montage of all of our great testimonials.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t want to say that we worked really, really, really hard to<\/p>\n<p>capture these video testimonials because we didn&#8217;t. We used Dubb, and we use the video<\/p>\n<p>reply function, which is not that hard to do in the olden<\/p>\n<p>days. Hey, I&#8217;m going to get a videographer to come to your office.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re going to have the lighting equipment, you know, get the makeup set up.<\/p>\n<p>Those days are done. We don&#8217;t do that anymore. Those aren&#8217;t authentic.<\/p>\n<p>They&#8217;re not. That&#8217;s like Alex Trebek type stuff where it&#8217;s a paid spokesperson.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s not what we want to do. In my opinion, if you do want to<\/p>\n<p>have something produced, like if you&#8217;re doing a tv commercial, that&#8217;s a little bit<\/p>\n<p>different, but for these types of web, social media,<\/p>\n<p>YouTube, sort of playlist type videos,<\/p>\n<p>I prefer, and I&#8217;ve seen data to back up that<\/p>\n<p>authentic videos recorded from our phone, recorded from our webcam,<\/p>\n<p>are, in fact, the most effective ones because they&#8217;re not faked.<\/p>\n<p>They&#8217;re not like a paid person that got paid $1,000 to do something.<\/p>\n<p>They look real. Sometimes people do videos like one of these testimonials.<\/p>\n<p>The guy was in the car. It&#8217;s my favorite testimonial that we have.<\/p>\n<p>He was in his car with the kid&#8217;s seat in the back, his kids kind<\/p>\n<p>of playing in the car seat, and he&#8217;s just speaking from the heart,<\/p>\n<p>and you can tell he&#8217;s at, like, a grocery store about to go in and<\/p>\n<p>get groceries, and hes got, like, 60 seconds to record something.<\/p>\n<p>So its pure stream of consciousness, and its, like, the most honest information<\/p>\n<p>that we can receive. That video testimonial has driven sales for us.<\/p>\n<p>I encourage you guys to do the same.<\/p>\n<p>And then, just to reiterate what Rob was saying,<\/p>\n<p>this is how you configure video reply.<\/p>\n<p>So, this is my evergreen calendar booking page,<\/p>\n<p>which we&#8217;ll talk about in a moment here. But on my preset, I,<\/p>\n<p>in fact, have reply with video. And by doing so,<\/p>\n<p>every video that I create on Dubb, a, gets a<\/p>\n<p>video landing page, and b, gets this button in it, along with<\/p>\n<p>these two other buttons. Story with landing pages is that we<\/p>\n<p>initially had a landing page feature built, then it<\/p>\n<p>wasn&#8217;t very good. We got negative feedback on it. They call<\/p>\n<p>it sunset. We sunset the feature. It happens all the<\/p>\n<p>time in tech because it&#8217;s just not good and we don&#8217;t want to have stuff<\/p>\n<p>that&#8217;s just subpar out there. We pulled that and we reinvented<\/p>\n<p>the whole thing, and we built it on the technology that we<\/p>\n<p>have for our email templates. If you go into our campaign tool<\/p>\n<p>or automation, you notice that you can build custom email templates<\/p>\n<p>if you have the. So I repeat, record a video on Dubb,<\/p>\n<p>upload it to Dubb, your video landing page gets automatically created. You can send it<\/p>\n<p>via email, SMS, LinkedIn, whatever you want. You can do this on an individual basis or you can<\/p>\n<p>click the drop down here and then sync your contacts from Google,<\/p>\n<p>sync your contacts from Outlook, or import a CSV file kind<\/p>\n<p>of thing. This is like a sort of a nerdy, dorky thing that I&#8217;m kind<\/p>\n<p>of proud of is that this CSV file, not only do<\/p>\n<p>we have a decent template that you can use to import your contacts,<\/p>\n<p>it&#8217;s also a smart importer. So if you have first<\/p>\n<p>name, last name, email, phone, it&#8217;s going to intelligently<\/p>\n<p>parse those fields and then import those into your dev<\/p>\n<p>account. Just make sure that there&#8217;s no weird commas or semicolons<\/p>\n<p>or those pipes or anything that&#8217;s going to break the system. You want a clean<\/p>\n<p>CSV file. A CSV file is basically<\/p>\n<p>a text based spreadsheet type file that you can export<\/p>\n<p>from Google contacts, Google sheets, any CRM,<\/p>\n<p>pretty much any contact management solution will give you the<\/p>\n<p>option to export your contacts in a CSV file.<\/p>\n<p>If you have an excel file or if you have Google sheets, you can also<\/p>\n<p>export those to a CSV file. Once you do that<\/p>\n<p>you will. What about Mailchimp?<\/p>\n<p>Yeah, and Aweber? Yeah,<\/p>\n<p>they&#8217;ll all have it. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, all the channels have live videos.<\/p>\n<p>And this is not a replacement for live videos. If you do live videos and<\/p>\n<p>you actually get viewers in there that come and check out your stuff,<\/p>\n<p>I would encourage you to do that. Because why not? If you have some interesting<\/p>\n<p>information to share, why not do it? If only one or two people show up?<\/p>\n<p>Me personally, I would just avoid it. Right? If you&#8217;re<\/p>\n<p>getting dozens of 510 dozens of people, then I<\/p>\n<p>think it&#8217;s worth it. Now, on the other hand, what I do think is really<\/p>\n<p>valuable is to generate social media<\/p>\n<p>content to put on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, whatever your<\/p>\n<p>channels are. Get really good at one channel,<\/p>\n<p>and then everything else can be ancillary. That&#8217;s what people always say. I agree<\/p>\n<p>with that. People that spread thin across all the channels, sometimes they<\/p>\n<p>don&#8217;t get as much results. So I want to. I actually want to<\/p>\n<p>show you how to do a social media video.<\/p>\n<p>If you could give me a topic for you. First,<\/p>\n<p>I want to understand your ideal client profile. Who do you cater to?<\/p>\n<p>What problems are they struggling with right now? And then how can you provide<\/p>\n<p>value? I would love to mine that information from you because I actually want to<\/p>\n<p>generate a script and I actually want to record a social media<\/p>\n<p>video that you can consider doing.<\/p>\n<p>So. Yeah, it&#8217;s older<\/p>\n<p>yoga students who aren&#8217;t receiving that,<\/p>\n<p>where yoga is not the total answer to feeling<\/p>\n<p>better, looking better. And I know you have to be extremely careful<\/p>\n<p>about weight on social media,<\/p>\n<p>but that&#8217;s what I see. Most of them are overweight and<\/p>\n<p>therefore inflamed. You know,<\/p>\n<p>there&#8217;s this whole thing where people love asMr, they love to<\/p>\n<p>hear, they love to feel like we get this dopamine release in our heads<\/p>\n<p>and we know that. Like, we want that. We want restorative yoga, we know that<\/p>\n<p>our body is hurting, and we want that. And then we want Mary, you know,<\/p>\n<p>and then click on the link.
