You can lose them by asking the wrong questions.<br \/>\nI didn&#8217;t do any research on your business. Tell me what you guys do.<br \/>\nWho are your competitors to a price sensitive buyer can I do right now<br \/>\nto earn your business? Better be empathetic to what they&#8217;re feeling<br \/>\nand what their pain points are. Because if you&#8217;re not, they&#8217;re gone. We just hold<br \/>\nyou right there. I don&#8217;t have time to talk about your family. Let&#8217;s get to<br \/>\nthe sale. I can see it in your eyes. You&#8217;re not taking risks. You&#8217;re going<br \/>\nto put your job on the line. Change your outfit, change your style immediately.<br \/>\nHonestly, you could sleep with your dad and slept in 3000 years. Being non<br \/>\nresponsive will definitely push them away. You&#8217;re asking all these questions in<br \/>\nan email. I&#8217;m not responding to this. Why don&#8217;t you buy the product and then<br \/>\ntalk? Our customer service is in Hawaii right now. So yes.<br \/>\nGoodbye. All right. Goodbye. I&#8217;m listening. And now I&#8217;m saying goodbye.<br \/>\nTalk to you. Never. It&#8217;s already took me like three weeks to get back to<br \/>\nyou. I just got back from the Bahamas. Himalaya. I got back from<br \/>\nSeaWorld. So it took me about six weeks to respond. Goodbye. Over promising<br \/>\nis a sure shot way to piss people off in the long run. Whatever you<br \/>\nneed, I&#8217;m going to build it for you. I want 100% guarantee I will personally<br \/>\nrefund that money. My CEO will approve a 90% discount for you guys.<br \/>\nNot capturing content throughout your sales process is such a<br \/>\nlost opportunity. Podcast are a waste of time. Don&#8217;t record. Why would I<br \/>\nrecord a webinar? I can just do it live every day. Why would I have<br \/>\nmy clients record video testimonials? I could just have my prospects called an IRL<br \/>\nkind of guy. Be concise. Otherwise you&#8217;ll think you don&#8217;t respect their time. This really<br \/>\nlong story. Back in 1986, I started this business. I actually traveled five<br \/>\nyears. That&#8217;s like the next 3 hours to talk about every single part of that<br \/>\nand went to the next thing. And then a great way to scare away your<br \/>\nprospect is to focus on selling and not providing value and education.<br \/>\nSkip to just talking about the contract terms. Yeah, nice to meet you. Here&#8217;s what<br \/>\nI&#8217;m selling. And don&#8217;t worry about your pain points. I don&#8217;t need to teach you<br \/>\nhow to use the product. Just use it. I don&#8217;t know you, but just pay<br \/>\nme immediately. Just wire that money right on over. Going on price is a<br \/>\nslippery slope. We&#8217;re all about giving the cheapest price. You&#8217;re price sensitive,<br \/>\nwe can give you a discount. Not about the product, it&#8217;s about the price.<br \/>\nCheap prices. Bargain, bargain, bargain, bargain, bargain,<br \/>\nbargain prices. That&#8217;s all we talk about here. That&#8217;s how to lose a prospect in<br \/>\nten days. Thanks for watching.
