it and introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about your business. And then what you’re looking to get out of baseball.
Speaker 1:
That’s, um
Speaker 1:
um So I’m Meghan Beekman, I and with Preferred Choice Realty Group in Young’s Il North Carolina. Um, in mainly in the Raleigh area.
Speaker 1:
Um,
Speaker 1:
and I am just looking to you learn more about this platform and see how I can use it. Thio expand my business and, um, just uses
Speaker 0:
too. Well, awesome. So let me ask you this. How did you kind of hear about video in the real estate space to begin with? What? What What do you know about it already?
Speaker 1:
Um, so I’ve heard a video using that and how it’s a very beneficial tool on. And I actually had just met with an agent earlier this week, and he was telling me about how they used Dubb for keeping in touch with clients. A ce faras keeping them updated on things or following up after meetings.
Speaker 1:
Something that
Speaker 0:
cool. Okay. Great race. Yeah, pretty general. All right, let me go ahead. I’m gonna dive right into a quick little little demo here. Any questions you have along the way. Go ahead and feel free to interrupt and ask him. And then I will be kind of showing you some best practices and what’s working for the rest of our real estate clients. Because that’s what we, as a company like to do, is share what’s working for arrest of our users with our audience. So let’s go ahead and dive right in me. Turn something off
Speaker 0:
and you are going. Okay, So can you see my screen here? Yes. All right. So this is kind of little back window into Dubb here. The dashboard, if you will. The way that the platform works is it’s a creation, customization and then distribution for videos. So, really, everything you could need with video is what we’ve tried to do here. Now let me go into a little bit of detail about the first thing for the creation of videos is a mobile app. We actually done a really good job here of specific or real estate, the mobile app, this medical things so we can start the video facing this way like facing towards us on and say, Hey, guys, I wanted to show you this new listing or I’m here at the open house, and I’m gonna give you guys a little tour of it. And then during that same video, we can flip the camera around to the rear facing one, and I can show one room at a time, like I’d get you here is the master bedroom closet and then go to the backyard. Then here is the backyard, and then I can put some text on the screen. I could put some emojis things like that so I could have really cool, fun videos right from your mobile device without requiring any video editing. So it
Speaker 0:
was like a movie or something, toe or video on her to make up a video. You could do that. All right, from your phone on the
Speaker 0:
So that’s the first types of videos vesting open house property to worse things like that. The next thing is the crime extension, which is this little button right here. Do you see that Dubb icon?
Speaker 0:
So this is useful for things like
Speaker 0:
it’s actually a built in screen recorder. So most real estate agents are doing a couple things that this one is.
Speaker 0:
Excuse me
Speaker 0:
like, uh,
Speaker 0:
contract walk through
Speaker 0:
for example. Do you do buyers agreements?
Speaker 0:
Yes. Okay, So what we would do is
Speaker 0:
pull up the buyers agreement key to your little webcam down here to be a profile picture
Speaker 0:
or just your voice, which every member on DSO I can’t pretend this is the contract here on the page. The buyers were in it.
Speaker 0:
We need to do this one time. So us, the agent come through and say, All right, guys, just want to break down this contract for you. The first thing you’re gonna do is sign here. That’s what this line means.
Speaker 0:
This line means this so wanted so forth. And then you have that video in your library ready to go said every time you get any buyer, you could just show them that video and say, Here’s the breakdown of the buyers agreement. You know, it’s it’s no big deal. Go ahead of you whenever you need to. If you still have questions after that, then let me know
Speaker 0:
just something like that. The other thing is Web site navigation. So let’s see if you have your own little website and you want to show people how tow search for properties or things like that again. That’s a really useful application here.
Speaker 0:
What
Speaker 0:
was
Speaker 1:
that?
Speaker 1:
Oh, nothing, sir.
Speaker 0:
Okay.
Speaker 0:
Uh, I would say probably the most useful application for the screen recorder, though, is actually things for, like, newsletters on the market updates. Have you ever heard of a newsletter for real estate?
Speaker 1:
I have heard about it. I have not created one myself yet.
Speaker 0:
All right, well, here you go. There’s a Here’s a really powerful way you can do that. I’m a common mistake. Agents will sometimes make is just, like, just listed or just sold.
Speaker 0:
Nothing wrong with that. But what we want to do in a newsletter, what we want to do in an email to our list is provide about
Speaker 0:
secures without. Look,
Speaker 0:
here’s just a little report I’ve pulled up in Los Angeles here. But what
