So this little Dubb button right here, You see this extension? Yeah. This is a Dubb chrome extension. This allows you to create things like screen recordings. Okay. Oh, um, for real estate. I’ll get into specifics what this is used for. The way it works. You just give it a click, opens it up. You can either have your live webcam feed like this or profile picture,

and then what real estate agents are doing for this is a couple of things. One is buyers agreements. So you know, everything you do. Buyers agreements personally.

Okay? Every agent like well, we should. I don’t do a lot of thought of. Do some don’t for the moves that you know when you want to use them. Uh, here’s an example. And then now I’m just gonna go through one time this contract and go through it line by line like this. I’d say, Hey, guys just wanted to break down this fire screaming for you. So this line means this this one means this you’re signing here for this This is your first born son. That’s

yes. That’s gonna be a great night there. So that’s that’s the idea is to have this stuff pre recorded, though. And now when you want to deliver this this videos on demand ready to go? Yeah. The other thing the screen reporter is used for is things like, um, local. My newsletters.

Um, all right, well, just pull up his generic report, but you do a much better job of finding a good report here. And so what you do is the agent instead of just sending over like, a report, maybe you focus on a couple of zip codes. Are you city based? What’s your focus look like?

Uh, as in Los Angeles, here for men and they had a lot of valuable just kind of websites that generate these reports. They talk about things like turnover rates and
