I want to do it with the video email one as I want to potentially send a customized email for certain people. And then there might be like 10 people. I’m gonna send him the same customized video. Okay, essentially is kind of what I’m what I’m what I’m thinking about doing. And I’m just, you know, there’s so many different places where you can actually do that. I’m just wondering if you were me, where do you think the best, most efficient place and go ahead and go ahead and do that

good. Okay, so we’ll talk about one too many sends and then one to ones. So also a couple different ways. And as I get when you hear, you will determine which of those you’re offering yourself and will will actually give it a test on your end. Because,

All right, let’s jump right into it. Okay, So the first thing is when we want to send videos that you’re describing directly through Dubb. So there’s a couple of ways Remind me again what email tool are using. Is it a Gmail or Outlook? A C R M or or something else entirely?

I’m using Gmail. I’m using. I’m using a female. Basically. Yeah.

So let me start with Gino for Gmail. I always recommend to just use the integration. It’s gonna be probably the fastest route. So, you know, say we’re writing an email to somebody. I would say you put in the subject line

the two line with subject, just like you normally would. You know, video. Um

Hey, buddy, check this out. You know, whatever

Speaker 1:

in the body of the email itself, I always recommend put at least one line of text. You don’t just want to send the video by itself for a couple of reasons. One is in case they have images turned off, and it’s just shows the button. We just want to be really clear. So I would say, Hey, you know, we made this video for you. I know you’re gonna find some value in it. Let me know what you think. Somebody

put a lot of people, um, in the data security space, Don’t open any links or any whatever. So,

Ryan, or less comfortable with swords and all that, So, yeah. Oh, represents. So Okay, that’s the groundwork of the email. Now you have to do is click the items,

just hit the Dubb icon. And as you mentioned, I can take any existing video So pretty vocal frequently asked questions All that That’s really easy. Just click it, you’re in for it and that one’s ready to go. Only one reporter brand new one. It’s It’s not much different. All we do is Click the Dove Icon hit record and then now we’re gonna go. Okay, reach you one.

Um, right now I’m probably doing them equally, because he, um the from Gmail. That assumes I’ve already communicated with the person through E mail, which is sometimes not. The case may be my first communication with him.
