If you choose, you can also use a CSV file to import your contacts as a list. Contacts can also be added to your database by filling out a form that you complete on the Dubb platform. Finally, you can add Zapier or PieSync contacts through third-party forms. Ultimately, the choice is yours.
Along with adding contacts, you can easily manage your contacts and your data. The first layer of doing this is through Dubb’s tagging system. Through the tagging system, you can add multiple tags to a contact. From there, you can even filter by those specific tags and save the specific filter as a list. Tags are also used to trigger automations within Dubb’s CRM. Tags can also be added automatically when contacts are added to your database when using Dubb forms or when using third-party forms via PieSync or Zapier.
Now, along with all of these features surrounding contacts, Dubb’s CRM has deals, tasks, and marketing automations. All of these tools can help you easily stay in touch with your prospects and customers while increasing your bottom line.
Deals essentially helps you find some sort of hand raise or interest that has already been expressed in your product or service. When you create a deal within a pipeline, you are essentially saying that’s a target. At the end of the day, it is a numbers game. You have no choice but to get people into your mix to close a certain percentage of those prospects.
So with deals, you’re able to keep your eyes on the prize. You can do this by creating deals and including details, associating contacts, and companies. Next up is tasks. With tasks, you and your team can stay focused. You can assign both high priority and less urgent tasks to any number of your colleagues. All of your tasks show up in your dashboard and you’ll also be sent reminders about upcoming due dates. These tasks can be everything from scheduling follow-ups with prospects to other communications that can nurture your customer relationship. Ultimately, you can create a task for every single thing that you do—all sorted out by the deals that are more likely to close.
It is so easy to get into Gmail or your LinkedIn account and keep refreshing just to see new messages that are coming in.
