To better understand some of these trends, we were delighted to speak with Craig Rispin. Longtime listeners of the podcast may remember our conversation with Craig in August of last year. For those of you who don’t know him, Craig is a well-known business futurist and innovation expert. He is the founder of Future Trends Group and the author of How to Think Like a Futurist. Craig spends his professional career thinking about and anticipating future trends, so we were excited to hear his thoughts on what is around the corner.
