1. Make sure that Developer Tools is on by clicking View Menu on your Chrome, then Developer> Developer Tools

2. If you see upload or playability issue, right mouse click over that element and click Inspect

Once your console is opened, you will see the number of errors at the top right portion of it that looks like this
