Speaker 0:All right, so here we are. We got a new here, and we’re gonna talk about a couple of things around video marketing and how to really have better video market. So I know you mentioned a couple of points that I found really interesting, and I think a lot of them just general, are centered around generating sales. That makes a lot of sense out your urine. A commission on Lee situation.Speaker 0:Some say a list of last. I don’t know if that’s the truth, but but I hear that. And I feel that. And I think that there’s a lot of different ways that I could kind of guide you on how to leverage video and storytelling and really optimize video funnels to ultimately drive sales to getSpeaker 0:to get conversions, but then also even referrals in the future. Okay, One of the things that I like to really talk about is how you can build a brand over time and then sails over nature and the reason why it’s important to everyone understand sales overnight. Okay, you got a survival mechanism. But branding is a really powerful thing, because as we build our brand up, people end up coming to us. You know why real estate agents haveSpeaker 0:their advertisement on a park bench or in Zillow on Red? Often it’s because of they want to be top of mind. And when someone is doing a searchSpeaker 0:that they see that individual and they say I’m gonna hire that person. So I think it’s really important to make branding and brand lift part of the marketing strategy. So one of the things that I always like to talk about is creating original content. Okay, you have. I see you have a ring light. I saw that before that you have a ring like behind you. Yeah, when I see the ring light, that means that you are already probably on your path to recording original content of some sort curl. I want to understand what that is.Speaker 1:Um,Speaker 1:so you’re right. Building a brand is very important. So on the video, if you’re not using video now, you’re way behind.Speaker 1:So, yes, I haveSpeaker 1:my red light andSpeaker 1:mySpeaker 1:DSLR My office is a mess right now. When I was cleaning it, but I have everything set up with my night.Speaker 1:And when I do is I shoot forSpeaker 1:YouTube.Speaker 1:They, um, not linked in instagram I g t v and Facebook.Speaker 0:Okay, Got itSpeaker 1:right. That’s what I do. I just create content for those platform.Speaker 0:You’re great. So, you know, original content. I think the value of creating original content is that you get on the social channels people make a pair of social connection to youSpeaker 0:and that when you are when they are ready to transact that they think of you and that they cooked up the phone or they send an email of dropping SMS right. We’re really important investment to do on a continual basis.Speaker 0:Now, it’s also important have a content calendar around that. So here a Dubb, we have a very, very expensive content calendar. You know, it’s probably dozens of topics things that we extract and things that we learned from conversations like this. You knowSpeaker 0:how to shoot better videos, had a great original content, how to develop a content calendar. So there’s a lot of different things that you can do. I’m having. That calendar is gonna alleviate a lot of stress for you because you’reSpeaker 0:constantly be in that hunting mode of, Well, what am I gonna shoot next? What’s the thing? I’m going to shoot?Speaker 0:That’s a little disruptive. It’s hard to be present when you’re constantly thinking about what and where you’re going to shoot. So we always recommend for people to get into a cadence where they do this. It’s part of their day. It’s okay if you’re in your car, it’s okay if you at your office. You know, it’s okay if you’re walking down the street or at an open house. Or are you a coffee shop? All right. Why did you get here it into your life? You don’t make it disruptive, and you make it fun, you know?Speaker 0:So those are all things that we recommend. It sounds like you’re already on that path. So please stay on that, You know, Connect.Speaker 1:I would like to get access to that concept calendar.Speaker 0:Okay, well, I’d love to show you. Actually, I’m gonna follow up with a video.Speaker 0:It’s a YouTube video. You can search for it on YouTube. It’s called the waterfall Method by job and this method that Shannon and I came up with, which is effectively a way to create, start with long form content and then convert that down into short form content. So you’re gonna 10 12 15 minute video. It’s actually very easy we’re doing right now. You and I are gonna talk for a number of minutes and, you know, we slip All were improv off the cuff or communicate. This is what we’re born to do. We do it Well, you know, we have tons of practice. We’ve been speaking since we were two years old.Speaker 0:RightSpeaker 0:now, shorting, creating short form content. 30 seconds, two minutes, three minutes. That’s very difficult, right you are. People think that it’s actually the opposite. They think anyone could do a 32nd video. Anyone could do a two minute video, not the case. The short videos of the ones
