I have instagram. I have, um I’m gonna start doing tic tac.Speaker 1:Um,Speaker 0:okay, So you readySpeaker 1:to have other paid for lead sources as well? A google. You know that story?Speaker 1:I want to be able to,Speaker 1:you know,Speaker 1:have, like,Speaker 1:on my website. Let me recap it here a little quick So we got, um you need follow up type is going to appoint. We have an appointment. We’re gonna help make sure that appointment is successful with a video. On the other thing is lead conversion. So you mentioned you have some lots of referral sources are past. Clients were looking to market too, in a personal kind of educational, effective way. You know, we’re not just say hey, I need your business. We want to provide some value to them and hopefully have them send people over. Okay, So appointments,Speaker 0:you know, marketing to existing clients. And thenSpeaker 0:you mentioned some lead conversion for, like, maybe some online leads and things like thatSpeaker 1:right in. And in addition to that, you know, I’m going to be starting a newsletter. So and ideo, you know, like tips and tricks that anybody could do it. Their home, you know, how did how did actually caulk your showerSpeaker 0:or simpleSpeaker 1:things anybody is capable of doing without too much training? Yeah, Video. You know, he needs to be a part of that that, you know, that newsletter list is like every real filter in your area, becauseSpeaker 0:I do want to provide value to their list. Andi, what you’re providing would be really valuable for those homeowners, you know, like maybe they just need a little remodel before they sell it or or whatever the situation. But we should definitely get that type of video that content in front of your local realtors, because then they can recycle that, and they’re gonna put you in front of their whole list.Speaker 0:Believe something I recommend is, well, just just
