Whether you recently joined the Dubb family or have been a Dubb client for some time, we’re excited to share a new opportunity. Bottom line? You can get paid by spreading the word about Dubb. Our new affiliate network is a great way for us to give back to our community and for you to earn some cold hard cash from the comfort of your home. Read on to learn more.

Jumping Onto the Video Revolution

If you have been following our company for some time, you’re likely aware that we are all-in with the video revolution. But if you are unfamiliar with Dubb or our vision, we are true believers in our overall thesis. Basically, we believe that video provides an unfair advantage over other types of media. It is inherently visual (which appeals to our primitive senses) and leverages the power of storytelling. As humans, we are naturally inclined to hear stories. Video lets us cater to that inherent human desire to hear stories, thereby making it more likely that we’ll develop close relationships with our customers and generate more sales.

Ultimately, all of us at Dubb believe that video is the most impactful technology that will affect businesses. Because of this, we highly encourage you to use video for sales. Video provides so many benefits to you and your team, regardless of the size or sector of your company.

For instance, video saves you time. Instead of needing to type out lengthy emails to your customers or prospects, you can simply record a video. Even if you complete several takes, our clients find that video is faster and more convenient than communicating in other ways.

Video can also get you more responses. Whether you are trying to get emails for an upcoming product or get customer testimonials, video can take you across the finish line. Using a service like Dubb, it is all too easy to have your customers or prospects send a video response to your company. They can share their praise, feedback, frustrations, and more.

Video also goes a long way in helping you shorten sales cycles and increase conversion rates. Through things like calls to action below your videos, you can easily drive prospects down your marketing funnels. You’re able to send personalized videos at scale and make your audience members feel like they are part of your family.

Finally, video keeps your audience and customers around. If you are consistently delivering high-quality video content to your audience, they will be begging for more. They will enthusiastically subscribe to your social media channels and will engage with your content. Better yet, they will share that content with their friends and family, letting you leverage the word-of-mouth effect as you grow your sales.

Video is important now, but it is going to be even more important in the future. If you have already jumped on the video bandwagon, I recommend that you keep learning and experimenting with this game-changing medium. If you haven’t, however, I hope that you jump in. You’ll quickly see that video can provide a wealth of benefits to your business.

Giving Back to Our Community

At Dubb, our focus is on creating the best possible software to help our clients achieve their video marketing goals. It’s a mission that we don’t take lightly. Because the business world has become so competitive, we want to help our clients break through the noise and use video marketing to grow their businesses.

This idea of breaking through the noise also applies to our company. The entire Dubb team has been thinking about how we can build a community in an era where everyone is seeking attention. All of us only have 24 hours in a day and those hours are already full of personal and professional obligations. The truth is there are only several hours per day where we (and our competitors) can break through and build an organic, authentic community with our users and fans.

In the end, we came to this conclusion. To build a community, we need to give back. It isn’t just about delivering a stellar experience for our customers and our audiences. We need to provide them with some skin in the game and reward them for spreading the word about Dubb.

As you may or may not know, Dubb already had a referral program. Essentially, what this referral program did was to let people share a trackable link that gave credit and allowed the recipient to earn credit. While this was certainly promising, we wanted to provide even more opportunities for Dubb fans and partners to be rewarded for joining our community.

Enter the Dubb Affiliate Network. The Dubb Affiliate Network is an expanded way of giving back to the community that we love. If it weren’t for people like you, our company wouldn’t be what it is today. This is because much of our significant growth has come from word of mouth. Word of mouth remains an extremely important form of marketing, and we are thankful for people like you who aren’t afraid to spread the word about our company.

To get started with the Dubb Affiliate Network, all you need to do is go to www.earn.dubb.com. There, you will find an opportunity to earn recurring commissions for spreading the word about Dubb. With the Dubb Affiliate Network, you can participate in our growth and earn an entirely new revenue stream. Whether you are looking for some side income or want to become a significant brand ambassador for our company, we welcome your participation.

The Power of Feedback

Ultimately, we look forward to having you and can’t wait to hear your feedback (both positive and negative). All of us at Dubb truly believe that feedback has become such an important part of a brand and growth. Without feedback, it becomes extremely difficult to design a product or service that truly solves customer problems. You can do all of the market research that you want, but customer feedback is the one thing that can take your business to the next level.

At Dubb, we are conscious about designing a platform where feedback is welcome. We aren’t afraid to hear criticisms or complaints about our product (although we hope there are few). Instead, we want to hear about how you use Dubb and how you think Dubb can add even more value to your business. For example, we are always looking for features or integration ideas so that Dubb can create even more value for our users.

If you would like to share your comments and feedback with us, feel free to email support@dubb.com. You can also find us on our social channels (like Facebook and YouTube). You can also email me directly at askruben@dubb.com

Creating the Right Feedback Workflow For Your Organization

This discussion of feedback leads to a larger point. Organizations of all shapes and sizes should find the right workflow to get high-quality feedback. It is a huge part of community building.

No matter the product or service that you sell, it is absolutely critical to make your customers feel welcome to provide feedback. Doing so, you build trust with your customers. Making it difficult (or impossible) to deliver feedback, however, severely weakens your customer relationship. You are implicitly sending a signal that you aren’t interested in your customers’ feelings or opinions. Moreover, it shows that you are sensitive to criticism and that you may be insecure about your product or service.

It helps to be vulnerable with your customers. Even if it is scary, it can go a long way in building trust with them. As an example, let’s say that you have been working on an important feature for your digital product. The feature is in beta and it has some bugs. It hasn’t yet been tested, but you are looking for some honest feedback on how to improve it.

While it may be easy to simply ignore customer feedback and release the feature, getting customer feedback at this stage can make your feature better. You’re able to get a granular look of what your customers want and see if your product vision actually solves their problems.

It’s just one example, but the larger point stands. You and your colleagues should create a feedback workflow. Doing so lets you (1) create better products and (2) build greater trust with your customers and audience. But how do you actually streamline that feedback process? We have some ideas.

First, create a Facebook group. Facebook groups can help you not only connect with your current customers but welcome feedback on products or services in development. You can float product ideas or even seek feedback on an alpha version of a digital product. The choice is yours.

Next, create content that encourages people to give feedback. This is simple enough. Whether you are creating a daily YouTube series (like the Daily Dubb) or consistently posting content to your Twitter or LinkedIn pages, making high-quality content invites your audience to join the party. You’ll start to see organic conversations pop up and audience members giving you constructive feedback on many different parts of your business.

Finally, create incentives for customer feedback. For instance, you can offer your audience some type of perk or reward if they submit three bug reports. You can offer a similar monetary incentive if an audience member tests out a new product and submits a certain amount of constructive feedback. The bottom line? If you give them an incentive to give feedback, you will get more feedback. It is as simple as that.
