If you see that your voice is not in sync with your video during recording, or after a video processed you can check below through the most common causes and fixes of this issue.
Firstly, make sure you’re accessing a fast, stable internet connection.

Dubb Chrome Extension/Addons (Linkedin, Gmail, etc.)
- Restart your device.
- Close any unused tabs/apps.
- Swap your capture mode to Current Tab as this is our lighter recording mode.
- Check your computer’s memory – if your device is low on RAM this can affect Dubb’s transcoding speed.
- Check your battery level – we recommend recording when you’re plugged into a power source.
- Try recording with the Dubb Desktop App.
- Test your upload speed here, you’ll need at least 5mbps upload speed to record successfully.

- Restart your device.
- Close any unused tabs or apps running in the background.
- Check your computer’s memory – if your device is low on RAM this can affect Dubb’s transcoding speed.
- Check your battery level – we recommend recording when you’re plugged into a power source.
- Reduce your recording resolution, record in 720p or 1080p.
- Test your upload speed here, you’ll need at least 5mbps upload speed to record successfully.
