And, uh, you know, you guys don’t really well see a lot of people just killing it with video. And I want to learn more from the pros.Speaker 0:Awesome. Awesome.Speaker 0:So So what? I’ll do. I’ll quick kind of jump into a little demo here. Kind of show you the ins and outs of the platform. We do have a ton of other real estate professionals using a software, so we’re always happy to share with what’s working well for them. A CZ. Makes a little bit harder to see, but don’t worry about the smallest tax We’re just gonna gonna covering some general stuff, SoSpeaker 1:guy sounds good.Speaker 0:Okay, cool. So what Doug is, it’s really an all in one solution for business for Vega. What that means is we allow you to create the videos. Then you can press demise the videos, and then you can distribute it. So, really, every everything you would need to do with video for a business. That’s what we give youSpeaker 0:that mean exactly. So the first thing I mentioned is the creator of the video. We have actually a really kick ass mobile app which is designed specifically for real estate. What allows? Well, real estate. An automotive on ST What? It allows you to do some really cool things so we can start the video facing this way. And then in the middle of that same video, we can flip the camera around. So, like for property tours, open houses, listings, things like that, it’s really powerful. So we can say guys, I just want to show you open houses, new listing I got Check it out, flip the camera around, we can do a room by room so you could go to the master bedroom posit and show the bathroom Positive kitchen. So on. The idea is that we’re able to put more clips into the video. You can take stuff from our camera rule. We can record fresh videos, we can put music. We could put text emojis on the screen. Lots of really fun videos we could make right from the APP. And in that way, we don’t have to go into, like, a video editor or go pace and videographer to do this stuff, huh? That’s kind of the idea with the app really quick to do this. What do you What are you doing for legion like you doing open houses? You have paid ads. Does that look likeSpeaker 1:all of the above? Um, actually, I started last march, andSpeaker 1:I think what was really effective for me was I did a lot of Facebook live. No, I I would make uhSpeaker 1:I would try to do a video a week. I probably got, you know, half of that, but I would put out a newsletter. Nice trim up a bunch of No,Speaker 1:I mean, it would take hours.Speaker 0:Yeah. Here you go. I want you using video. That’s what we’re trying to do is be it. Be efficient. You want to be effective. We wanna have that human element. But you’re fishing because you could get Bob down with hours of editing, soSpeaker 0:the app will alleviate all that. So ISpeaker 0:was on the phone at any, you know, just like regularly would. Then when you open up the app, you can slice him altogether. So super easy with that. Like it’s really powerful for real estate. Um, okay, that’s one way. The other way here is screen recordings S o. Do you see this little dove icon here in the top right corner where my mouse’sSpeaker 0:do. Okay, so that is the dub chrome extension. The way that guy works is you just give it a click. It opens up your screen recorder so that you can record your think things on your screen. So for real estate, what this means is a couple of things one and I’d say the most common application of the screen recorder is for newsletters. So, you know, real estate agents, good ones. We all were doing a newsletter, and we’re doing it quite often. You know, we want to really tap into your sphere of influence. We want to stay top of mind with everyone you have on your list. But a common mistake real estate agents will make is I’m not providing value in that newsletter. So, I mean, that is just saying, you know, just listed or just sold or something like that. And there’s nothing wrong with that. But it doesn’t do what we wanted to. You know, the newsletter is to help you stay top of mind, to show that you’re the expert and to provide value to your audience. So you know, when we’re saying just listen to sold. Does that show use your expert? Maybe. Yeah. You’re selling houses. Does it provide value? Not so much.Speaker 0:So here’s what the opposite of that looks like.
