He has taken on many roles and responsibilities over his business career and yet, He still loves the challenge of taking the seemingly impossible and making it possible. He is currently building out a call/texting sales team with a large portion of the hires are college students. He created a new 30 million in revenue and growing…not bad for only being 3 months into the process. Personal development, goal setting, and measurables are how He is growing them.

Over the years, he has to stare fear in the eye, stare deep into fear of the unknown, stare deep into the what if’s… the one consistent thing, he just does not know how to quit. His hero is his parents who uprooted us from a big city to the Navajo reservation, where they still live today. His parents instilled the never die, never quit, never give in to the little voice that tells you, you _____!!

His leisure time is spent with his 10 kids, two of them are married and he has a grandson! Yup, you heard me right, he is a grandpa. They are a blended family that is full of highs, lows, and head-scratching time, dance parties, and a cafeteria for a kitchen.

The current project he is working on:
1. His three-part book focusing on personal development for divorced people, single parenting, and mixed families.
