We all have goals.
Some of them are higher than others. Yet no matter what your goals are, tell us if these sound familiar:
🚀 I have set a high goal in my career or personal life, but I am struggling to achieve it.
🚀 I feel like there has to be a better way to consistently achieve my goals.
🚀 I suspect that my thoughts are holding me back from reaching all of these goals that I have. If any of these statements apply to you, you are in the right place.
In this video, we wanted to give you a behind-the-scenes look at how we prepare for conversations in the Dubb Action Summit. The Dubb Action Summit is a collection of stellar podcast-style conversations with thought leaders in sales, marketing, and beyond. We have been planning this online summit for quite some time. Creating a slate of impressive individuals, we are extremely excited to share actionable insights that can help you advance your career. Here, Dubb Director of Partnerships Toni Bubb had an awesome conversation with Daniel Joseph. Daniel is a hip-hop sales ninja who lives and breathes business.
Along with this, he is the author of Me, My Dreams and I, which is a book that examines the synchronicity between dreams and reality. Daniel is an extremely unique individual who is offering his full presentation in about one week. In the meantime, he gave Toni some of his top thoughts on vision borders, dreams, and sales goals.
In this video, you will hear many actionable insights from Daniel and Toni. They include the following:
🚀 Thoughts are the main force that impacts the destiny that we desire. Essentially, thoughts lead to actions. Those actions create habits. And from there, habits lead to the destiny that you desire.
🚀 Vision boards are outstanding ways to reprogram your brain. Daniel primes his mind by having a picture of him and his company’s logo at the center of the board. Around those items are logs of the companies that he wants to attract.
🚀 The universe is nothing but vibrations and frequencies. Consequently, we control the energy that we emit throughout our days. It’s like walking into a room: some people light up a room and others struggle to do so.
🚀 If you currently don’t have any clients, it helps to include several different groups on your whiteboard. You certainly want to include your “white whales” and largest prospects on your vision board, but also include small and medium “guppies.” You ultimately want small wins to build confidence to rope in those white whales.
Daily reminders are a huge part of reaching your sales goals. You can use technology to set daily gratitude reminders, but don’t hesitate to use handwritten notes to create stronger connections.
To check out the entire discussion, we encourage you to watch the entire video. Hope you enjoy it!
